An attractive photograph is not enough to choose a venue in Etterbeek. Guest count, usable time and the services you want determine whether it suits your reception. Check capacity for your intended layout
Moyo House accommodates up to 80 standing or 50 seated guests. These figures must not be added together. Describe your planned format and the space needed for dining, circulation and equipment. The mini-garden has its own capacity; do not automatically count it as an extension of the indoor meal.
Include setup and clearing in the hired time
The hire period includes setup, decoration and clearing. If the reception starts at a fixed time, allow for supplier arrival and restoration of the room within that same period. Extra hours require prior agreement and cannot exceed the maximum closing time. Access and return times should be recorded in your proposal.

Separate venue hire from additional services
Deby’s Delice catering, drinks, staff, decoration and specific equipment are extras quoted separately. Venue-only hire is not a catering package. State whether you need only the space or a reception with a meal. VAT-inclusive private-client rates and VAT-exclusive business rates are separate: check the correct reference and the total in your proposal.
Plan a reception that respects the neighbours
The garden is included without a surcharge, but its use ends at 22:00; outdoor music and speakers are prohibited. Indoors, music, DJs and entertainment end no later than 00:30. Guests, organisers and suppliers must leave and release the venue by 01:00. An earlier finish written into your quote still applies. Declare any DJ or sound system before confirmation.
Understand the security deposit before confirming
The mandatory security deposit is €500, in addition to rent and separate from the booking payment. Payment arrangements, inspections and refund conditions are detailed in the official terms. Include it in your financial planning without confusing it with the meal price or a cleaning service.
