Moyo House
Moyo House: planning how guests move through your reception
The view between Moyo House spaces shows why transitions matter as much as the menu. Arrival, conversation and dining benefit from a simple flow planned before guests arrive.

Arrival sets the pace
Choose a welcome point that does not block circulation. Specify where guests should arrive and who directs them. For several groups, plan arrivals instead of leaving everyone to find their own place.
Moving from aperitif to meal
Plan when dining starts and how guests move. A speech, group photograph or layout change can affect service. Share these stages with the team before the reception.
Keep access usable
Decoration, furniture and equipment should not obstruct access. Mention mobility requirements in your enquiry so the actual venue conditions can be checked. A photograph alone cannot guarantee access to every space.
Moyo House: essentials before enquiring
Moyo House is at 56 avenue d’Auderghem, 1040 Etterbeek. Maximum capacity is 80 standing or 50 seated guests. Venue hire and catering remain separate. Check VAT-inclusive consumer or VAT-exclusive business rates and official conditions; a €500 security deposit is additional to rent. Setup and clearing are part of the hired period.
Information to include
Include date, venue, guest count, format and preferred timings. Add budget and dietary or logistical requirements. The enquiry allows feasibility to be assessed; it does not confirm a booking or a menu.
