Table decoration at Moyo House: creating a coherent reception setting
Wood panelling and tables already give the venue character. Successful Moyo House decoration complements that setting without disrupting dining or conversation. Start with a clear idea rather than accumulating accessories.

Choose a palette and a theme
Connect flowers, linen and details to the occasion. A few coherent choices can personalise a table. Check what is available and what needs a quote; decoration visible in a photograph is not automatically included.
Leave room for dining
Allow space for plates, glasses and service. A centrepiece that is too tall can interrupt conversation; one that is too wide takes up dining space. Check decoration against the actual table layout.
Plan setup and removal
Setup and clearing are included in the hired time. Agree flower and equipment removal with suppliers. Before using fixings or open-flame decorations, ask the venue and check its instructions.
Moyo House: essentials before enquiring
Moyo House is at 56 avenue d’Auderghem, 1040 Etterbeek. Maximum capacity is 80 standing or 50 seated guests. Venue hire and catering remain separate. Check VAT-inclusive consumer or VAT-exclusive business rates and official conditions; a €500 security deposit is additional to rent. Setup and clearing are part of the hired period.
Information to include
Include date, venue, guest count, format and preferred timings. Add budget and dietary or logistical requirements. The enquiry allows feasibility to be assessed; it does not confirm a booking or a menu.
