Food truck rental in Brussels: prices, packages and full checklist

Food trucks have become the most requested format for relaxed weddings, corporate afterworks and neighbourhood parties in Brussels. Live cooking, a friendly queue and great smells: it's a show as much as a meal.

1. How much does a food truck cost?

At Deby's Delice, pricing is per guest, with a minimum order per package and a set number of service hours included.

• Moyo package — from €42/guest incl. VAT: signature street food essentials for afterworks and birthdays.
• Savanna package — from €65/guest incl. VAT: more bites, premium toppings and homemade desserts.
• Zénith package — from €99/guest incl. VAT: full signature menu, larger brigade, extended service.

On top of that you only pay travel beyond our standard zone and the options you pick (bar, desserts, extra staff). No hidden fees.

2. What to check at the venue

• Vehicle access for roughly 6 m long and 2.5 m wide, on stable ground.
• A 230 V power supply nearby (or add our silent generator option).
• 3 m of clear space in front of the service window for the queue.
• For Brussels public space: the municipal street occupancy permit.

3. How much service time do you need?

Plan one hour of service per 60–80 guests with a single window. Above 120 guests we add a second plating station to avoid queues. Our team always arrives 1h30 before the first service.

4. Which events work best?

• Weddings: as a late-night snack after dinner — a guaranteed hit.
• Corporate: product launches, family days, office afterworks.
• Private parties: birthdays, baby showers, neighbourhood barbecues.
• Festivals and markets: multi-day presence with an adapted menu.

5. Booking lead times
